As each box is individually made to order, please allow up to 10 days, from date of payment received for dispatch.

Although we will, in most cases, dispatch your order well within 14 days.

Returns Policy

You can buy with confidence from 20th Century Box as we offer a money-back guarantee.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, then provided that you inform us within 7 days of receipt, and return the item undamaged within 14 days (at your expense), then a replacement will be sent out or a refund of the purchase price (including delivery charge) will be made.

If for any reason the box is damaged during delivery (Photographs must be supplied or item returned) a replacement will be sent out to you or a full refund (including delivery charge) will be made.
